2. Products & Availability
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Product images are for illustrative purposes; actual colours may vary slightly due to screen calibration. Sizes are provided as guidance only, please consult our size guide before ordering. We reserve the right to limit quantities of any product.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and are inclusive of applicable taxes where required by law. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Payment is processed securely at the time of order placement. We accept major credit and debit cards. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel and refund any affected orders.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship within the United States and to select international destinations. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Oceanary is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier disruptions, or events outside our control. Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery. Free standard shipping applies to qualifying orders as advertised on our website.
5. No Refund Policy
All sales are final. Oceanary does not offer refunds or monetary compensation for any products, including pre-orders, unless a refund is otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law. This policy applies regardless of when the order was placed or when the product is delivered. We may, at our sole discretion, offer a size exchange or store credit in limited circumstances, but we are under no obligation to do so. If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at hello@oceanary.co within 7 days of delivery and we will assess the issue on a case-by-case basis. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this no refund policy.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, graphics, and the Oceanary brand name, is the exclusive property of Oceanary Studio and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oceanary shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.
